Melissa Linkenauger

My name is Melissa Linkenauger. I am starting my 14th year of teaching at Patterson and my 16th year as part of the school. I have taught first, second, and now I am on my fifth year of teaching fifth grade. I love it here because we have such a great school, hardworking students, a supportive staff, and a wonderful community.
I have two of my own children. This year both of them will be here at Patterson.  Very exciting times! When I am not at school I enjoy spending time with them and enjoying everything outdoors that Colorado has to offer. I truly believe that family is very important and look forward to getting to know your child as well.
I believe that communication and teamwork is a vital part to a child’s success in the classroom. I look forward to working with this year’s fifth graders.

Jessica Bistram
My name is Jessica Bistram. I have been teaching at Patterson for 14 years.  I taught sixth grade for half of a year, fourth grade for four years, third grade for one year and this is my seventh year in fifth grade.  Nine years ago I did a teaching exchange and taught third grade in England. Who knows where I will end up next!

I absolutely love to travel and spend my time exploring new areas. I spent my summer road tripping through the northern central United States. My goal is to make it to all fifty states, only three left!
