Enrollment for ALL CURRENT STUDENTS is from December 5th, 2023 to January 12th, 2024

Enrollment for all NEW STUDENTS starts December 5th, 2023 to August 31, 2024

 
ALL parents/guardians of new and current students should use EnrollJeffco during Round 1, December 5, 2023 to January 12, 2024 to indicate whether their student will return to their current school, attend their expected school, or apply for a school of choice for the 2023-2024 school year.

Round 2, January 18, 2024 through August 31, 2024 is only for parents/guardians of (1) new students, and (2) current K-12 students that would like to apply to a school of choice that did not apply during Round 1.

Online Registration & Annual Update August 2nd-4th, 2023:

All parents/guardians must complete Online Registration for their student every year (even if you just enrolled, online registration is another step).
Please follow the following five (5) steps to register your student for school.

Step 1:
Complete Online Registration & Annual Update - Aug. 2nd - Aug 4th, 2023

• ALL parents/guardians must complete this step to be considered registered. If you need help or have questions, please call the office at 303-982-8470.
• Registration should be completed on a computer or chromebook, if you need to come to the school to use a computer, please come to the Patterson office on Thursday, August 3rd between 9:00-2:00.
  
  
  
• All Returning Jeffco Students and Newly Enrolled Students Click Here to Register in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal 
  
• • Once in Infinite Campus Parent Portal click "More" on the left side (may need to click on the bars in top right corner first).
  • If you forgot your username or password, please go to the "Personal Account Manager (or click here)" 
  • Click the "Annual Update Online Registration" option
  • Click the "Existing Student Registration" (DO NOT CLICK ENROLL NEW STUDENT)
  • Click "Begin" Registration at bottom of page
  • If you need to enroll a new student, you will need to go to EnrollJeffco below, then return to complete this Online Registration Step
  • Complete all steps
    
• ONLY New Jeffco Students who need to Enroll for the FIRST TIME Click Here to complete the Enroll Jeffco AND Online Registration
  • New Enrolled students must complete EnrollJeffco first, then complete their OLR (Online Registration sent in a separate email).
  
  

Step 2:
Pay Fees - Link found in Campus Parent Portal

While logged in to Campus Parent Portal, click on "Jeffco Student Fee Payment" to pay your student’s fees. Student fees are due in August each year. For questions, call 303-982-8470.

Step 3:
Complete the Healthy School Meals for All account.

Jeffco is asking all Families to please apply for the Healthy School Meals for All. Click share my information if you would like your student's fees to be waived (if you are income qualified). Jeffco receives monies for all students who qualify which greatly help our students and schools.

Families must reapply for this program every school year. 

All meals will be FREE for all students, but students must pay for items from the snack cart. You can also opt your student out of purchasing items from the snack cart in your account.

Step 4:
Register for Before and After School Care with Kids SmART

If you will need Before and After School Care for your student, please register with Kids SmART today!

Step 5:
Familiarize Yourself with School and District Information

Immunization Records Update and Student Medications
By Start of School

• Provide immunizations (CDPHE website) updates to the school health aide.
• Provide medication forms and medications to the school's health aide on the first day of in-person school.
